Teams
Teams
form the core approach to implementing various project
activities. Working with in-country partners (Kristus
PNG, Kristus Philippines and eventually Kristus Cambodia),
teams are tasked with operating in as decentralized a
manner as possible in order to facilitate maximum creativity,
adaptability and opportunity aligned with mission goals
and values. All teams work in a venue that embraces cross-cutting
input and support from other team members.
